Directions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Rinse chicken and place breast up in stone baker. Mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over chicken. (If using fresh herbs, place herbs on top of chicken). Add water to stone baker. Cover baker with lid. Place baker in center of oven. Cook covered for one hour. Undercover and return baker to over for approximately 20 minutes. (Test chicken for doneness – if legs can be wiggled freely, chicken is done.) Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes. Notes:
Add carrots and/or potatoes to the stone baker for a complete meal.
